Key Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Delegating project related tasks to internal teams best positioned to complete them and to the client when appropriate
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serving as a point of contact for internal teams when multiple resources are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Communicating with clients clearly and frequently to ensure forward momentum
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and regular status reports
- Performing quality control on projects throughout delivery to maintain the standards expected
- Maintaining the Onboarding within Scope, Cost, and Time and communicating any changes to those with the client and leadership
