Blue Frog is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager that will be a key part of the initial and foundational client experience at Blue Frog, working closely with a select group of individual responsible for the introduction of, training on and iteration around specific HubSpot services. To be successful as a project manager at Blue Frog, you should demonstrate excellent communication skills, ensure projects are completed on, or ahead of schedule, and be accountable to project stakeholders for ensuring success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Delegating project related tasks to internal teams best positioned to complete them and to the client when appropriate
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Serving as a point of contact for internal teams when multiple resources are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Communicating with clients clearly and frequently to ensure forward momentum
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and regular status reports
Performing quality control on projects throughout delivery to maintain the standards expected
Maintaining the Onboarding within Scope, Cost, and Time and communicating any changes to those with the client and leadership
