Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical insights during the pre-sales process.
- Develop and present customized solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits and value of Blue Frog’s offerings.
- Conduct technical assessments and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our platform.
- Assist in creating proposals, including detailed technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure successful execution and implementation of proposed solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the implementation process, addressing any issues or challenges.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a solutions engineering or pre-sales role.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, is a plus.
- Experience coding with PHP, HubL, SQL, JavaScript or Python, is a plus.
